Ohio OVI Defense Attorney Steven L. Spitler is a Partner in the law firm of Spitler, Huffman, Yoon & Newlove, LLP. His individual practice is focused on defending those accused of driving under the influence (DUI, OVI and OMVI) and of committing other crimes. Mr. Spitler has more than 10 years of experience as a criminal defense and trial attorney.
Mr. Spitler has successfully completed the course established by the National Highway Traffic Administration (NHTSA) for the administration of the standard field sobriety tests and participates in a National network of other DUI practitioners in order to exchange and share information about new DUI / OVI laws, National and local trends in DUI / OVI law, and trial tactics.
As a lifelong resident of northwest Ohio, Mr. Spitler is a graduate of Ohio University and the Ohio Northern School of Law.
