Why Should You Hire Me?
"ALL I DO IS DWI TRIAL DEFENSE. 100% of my litigation day is spent defending people charged with DWI / DUI in New Jersey. I travel the entire state of New Jersey defending my DWI clients and protecting them from unfair fines and penalties.
I am Qualified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) as an Instructor in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. This helps me analyze cases thoroughly and gives me the tools to prepare and execute solid and effective cross-examination of the arresting officer regarding the field tests he had you do.
I do NOT take DWI cases in New Jersey with the intent to have you plead guilty. I approach every case as if it is going to be defended fully.
If that means that a plea is in your best interest, the plea will occur because you have chosen to do it based on all of the information I have helped you gather.
I try DWI cases. I will never say to you that you must plead guilty. If you decide to go to trial, I have the skills and experience needed to aggressively protect your rights and interests in court. I will thoroughly investigate your case, explore your options, prepare a comprehensive defense strategy, and effectively challenge evidence and cross-examine prosecution witnesses at your trial.
What I seek to do is provide you with enough information that you can make an informed decision about what to do. The choices in New Jersey DWI cases are difficult. It is important that you be fully informed in order to make the best decision possible.
I will always represent you, and you only, and will look out for your interests only in your DWI / DUI case.
